The Cost of Chasing The Wrong Thing

What if you lived your entire life in squalor, scraping by, constantly stressed, only to discover one day that you were the heir to a trillion-dollar fortune? This was the reality of a man named Bill Morgan. He lived in poverty and died in poverty, completely unaware that a vast, life-changing inheritance had been waiting for him his whole life. By the time the lawyers found him, it was tragically too late to enjoy a single dollar. Doesn't that sound heartbreaking? Now, imagine that same scenario playing out in the spiritual realm. So many of us, as followers of Christ, are functionally living like spiritual paupers. We stress, we strive, we hustle for scraps of temporary peace and fulfillment, all while the infinite, eternal, and inexhaustible riches of God's grace are waiting to be claimed. We’re working hard for the 'bread that spoils' while the Bread of Life stands right in front of us. Are you still chasing the approval, purpose, and peace that Jesus already provided? Watch this sermon and discover why it’s time to stop living for the material and start walking in the fullness of your inheritance. The question isn't whether you have an inheritance—it's whether you'll dare to receive it.
